ChatGPT ate my job
I'm preparing to fight back with personal brand
All the threads, blogs and news you heard about ChatGPT are coming to life.
We’re now actually seeing how ChatGPT is replacing ghostwriters.
One of the agencies I used to work for said, “ Since we have seen the potential of chatgpt to produce good results at scale, we have to let go of some of our writers.”
And they laid off 90% of the writers.
It wasn’t a big shock to me as I saw the potential of it.
A good prompt writer can easily produce high-quality content with a few editing touches.
But my 40,000 Twitter audience is saving me from being jobless.
Now if you don’t have an audience it’ll be scary for you, I can understand.
I plan to fight it, and after growing a 300k+ audience for my clients, I have created a no-fluff content strategy that works for every niche.
So today, you’re going to learn how to build a recession-proof personal brand with content:
5 types of tweets
4 types of threads
Profile optimization
3 ways to monetize
Finding a niche
Daily habits and tasks for 30 days
Let’s begin
5 types of single tweets you need to post:
Threads are for engagement, and tweets are for consistency.
Personality - Rant, Jokes

Vulnerability - Losses/fears

Enemy - Idea/people you hate

Vision and Frameworks

Inspirational - Recent accomplishments

4 types of threads
You need a well-rounded strategy so you don’t become another Chatgptbro.
Beginner frameworks to learn X skill
If you don’t have the expertise as a beginner, these threads will get you maximum results.

Borrowed credibility to go viral
You can talk about people who are considered an expert in your industry.
Now anything related to them is a potential topic.
Habits, frameworks, books.

Curation of resources
Anything you’re consuming to learn specific topics can be curated.
Threads, Podcasts, Youtube videos, Books, Websites.

Personal lessons
Now this one is tricky. You can talk about the personal lesson, but you’ve to keep in mind that reader is only interested in themselves.
So present your thread in a way your reader can use as future advice or lessons.

Post 3/4 threads a week. Pretty straightforward. Use Google to find resources, and it should be easy.
Profile optimization
Your profile is your resume.
Optimize your bio, header, and display picture.
Bio formula — I help X people(target audience) achieve Y results without Z (pain point)
Your header should be an extension of the bio.
For the header and bio, pick a brand color.

Monetization
I’m gonna keep it short as you won’t make money right away.
And I don’t want to get your hopes high.
Make a goal to reach 1000 followers in 60 days.
So that you have some form of credibility to start selling.
Golden framework: Always remember you’re teaching people who are 2 steps behind you.
The knowledge you possess can be turned into a product.
Here are a few categories.

How to find your niche
You need to have 3 pillars, so you have various topics to post.
Pick 2 broad topics and 1 niche topic (your expertise or skill you’re learning)
Few popular niches to pick broad pillars:
Self Improvement
Productivity
Freelancing
Marketing
Or anything that is on Maslow Heichary of needs

But the best way is to create a niche of one.
No one can compete with you at being you.
I know creators with 100k+ audiences who are insecure because they have built their audience on tools and websites, but now a new wave of creators are using the same tactics and gaining followers and sponsorships.
If they were unique, people would’ve never battled for their spot.
So the best way I’ve found after 9 months of ghostwriting and 40k followers is to talk about your interests, vision, beliefs and goals.
It includes everything you do. Literally.
• How you sleep
• How do you wake up
• How do you spend your weekends
• Book, podcasts, and videos you consume
• Your frustrations, anxieties and overthinking
Everything that makes your personality.
But we need a balance between growth and personal branding.
People are not interested in you.
They are interested in themselves.
So pick 2 broad niches( from Maslow’s Heichary of Needs)and 1 small niche (your expertise or skill you’re learning.)
Daily habits and tasks for 30 days
To put all the actionable together.
Tweet 2 times a day
Post 3-4 threads a week
Comment 15 times a day
Optimize your Bio and profile.
Write case studies of things you learn
Find 5 creators with the same audience as you — Support them every time you post threads. Quote retweet them to make it special. Bring them to a telegram group because Twitter might ban you for creating a group where links are getting shared.
Now get to work.
We’ve got a long journey ahead.
